moko-tree-view.c(revision 1785) add moko_tree_view_size_request
This modification makes openmoko-messages treeview column title invisible (both
message treeview and contact treeview).
The differences use of "openmoko-messages" is that it need to compact a pixbuf
or GtkCellToggle with a text in one column.
So moko_tree_view_size_request might need to make a slight change to make this
work.
