[Bug 15] kernel oops when unloading g_ether

Tried on 2.6.22.5-moko11, unloading g_ether does not give any oops.

However, re-loading it does not bring the network up.  The interfaces are up,
but ping does not respond.  I get these messages on the host machine:

usb 1-1: USB disconnect, address 69
usb0: unregister 'cdc_ether' usb-0000:00:1d.0-1, CDC Ethernet Device
usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 70
usb 1-1: configuration #1 chosen from 2 choices
