The "Developer Guides" section on wiki main page is outdated and totally not for
application developers.  I would like to rearragnge it into the following structure:

1. Developers:
  1) toolchain usage
  2) VMware image, if don't know how/want to setup toolchain.
  3) python intro.
  4) qemu intro.

2. System Integration and customizing a distribution
  1) OE (MokoMakefile?)

3. Low level / system development:
  1) flashing, uboot, kernel, rootfs
  2) pretty much what we have under the "developer guides" right now.
