Summary: the stat() system call hangs when the argument is a
remote folder
Product: OpenMoko
Version: 2007
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Applications & Dependencies
AssignedTo: mickey at vanille-media.de
ReportedBy: mikaela_vitalariu at yahoo.com
CC: buglog at lists.openmoko.org
I built OpenMoko and QEMU using MokoMakefile and I am trying to write a C++
appliction for OpenMoko.
I established a connection between the emulated device and the host PC using pppd,
and i mounted a folder from the host to the device.
When calling stat() on the remote folder mounted as local folder, the program
hangs and does not respond to anything, not even to Ctrl-C.
When calling stat() on a local folder (one from the emulated device), it works fine.
