[Bug 95] verify charger current and battery temperature reading correctness

I observe a couple of problems:
1.) charger current always seems to report 0 here, no matter whether mode is
fast_cccv , pre, or idle.
2.) even if I leave the charger on for very long, apm reports no more than 89%
