* Modifying BANKCON*/BWSCON initialization in u-boot ('our' latest u-boot) to
enable the debug board peripherals (LED1, LED2, RTL8019)
* Working out correct jumper setting of debug board for it
* Verifying that LED1, LED2 work by writing directly to their memory-mapped
address using 'mw' command from u-boot
* Try to use u-boots built-in RTL8019 driver to get netboot over
tftp/udp/ethernet working
