Well, installing under $(libdir)/matchbox-panel is what do most other
panel-plugins (including openmoko-panel-demo-simple) so I probably updated that
for homogeneity.
I dunno exactly what is the "best" place to install matchbox panel plugins
personnally; but the modification sounds valid to me.
