[Bug 340] GSM applet shows always data transfer arrows. Should only be displayed with GPRS enabled.

I thought the arrows were to indicate gprs connectivity, right?
If that were the case we would need to register SIGNAL_GSMD_EVT_IN_GPRS (how do
we determine the end of that connection?) and change the value of gprs_mode
accordingly.
