This did work at one point, but on my current image (built today with
MokoMakefile, package version openmoko-dialer2_0.1.0+svnr3462-r5_armv4t.ipk)
there is no tab on the dialer to switch back to the keypad during a call.
Therefore I have no way to enter DTMF tones. I have only the 'speakerphone' and
'hangup' buttons at the top of the page. Screenshot attached.
