 Summary:
 even the WiFi is off, the icon is still there in illume bar

 Steps:
 1) launch exposure and turn on the wifi, you'll see the network been
 hightlight
 2) check the illume bar, you'll see the wifi icon show up
 3) turn off the wifi, and the wifi icon did not disappear
 Expected:
 should disappear once the wifi turn off
