 Summary:
 Battery charging icon always show up

 kernel:20080808-asu.stable-uImage.bin

 Steps+current results:
 1) Flash the new image, and check the battery icon.
 2) Not plug in USB/charger but it shows up battery charging icon all the
 time

 Reproduceable:
 Always

 Expected:
 Correctly show up the battery icon, charging/not charging/how many power
 left...
