 apm reports:

 Off-line, battery status low: 49% (1d+3:40:00)

 when charger_type contains:

 charger 1A mode 1A

 Also, the GUI icon doesn't show a lightning bolt.

 I'm using the AC adaptor charger.  (Haven't tried to reproduce this while
 charging with my computer...).  Unplugging and replugging the charger
 fixes it.  Mine doesn't stop charging until it's full, so I might have a
 seperate problem.

 The indicator went down from 50% to 49%, but at a very slow rate.  I've
 only had it rapidly (in 8 hours) discharge the battery in this state twice
 (both in the last 4 days...), and didn't get to look at charger_type or
 apm when that happened.  I'm working on a perl script to log this stuff
 and shut the phone down at 10% battery remaining so I don't have to jump
 through hoops to boot the phone.
