 summary : it wakes up from suspend but message does not arriving

 step :
 1.set suspend
 2.incoming message

 reproducible: 6~7 out of 10 tries.

 current result :it wakes up from suspend but message does not arriving.

 expected result : after wake up from suspend message should arriving and
 alert message show up
