make phonekit sync phonebook on startup

Sync phonebook on phonekit startup, instead of having an `import' button in
openmoko-contacts. This makes import automatic.

What phonekit does on startup for the sync are, to

1. remove contacts with X-PHONEKIT-PBENTRY field
2. import phonebook entries into contacts, mark them with X-PHONEKIT-PBENTRY
field
3. monitor imported contacts for changes and remove X-PHONEKIT-PBENTRY field
when changes happen

For phonebook based contacts, it can always be imported from the phonebook. We
do not lose any information from doing (1). Plus, users might change the sim
card while the phone is off. I think it is a good practice to remove all old
phonebook based contacts.

As for (3), it can be improved. For example, when the change is within the
limitation of phonebook (e.g. only the number is changed), it can be propagated
back into phonebook. But that would be a lot of work and before we can a UI to
edit phonebook entries, I want to think of phonebook as read-only.
