 Steps:
 1)open many applications in illume (open many to fill the whole screen
 when you click on the arrow on top of the screen)
 2)Open dialer from home and click on the contacts icon from dialer
 3) the contacts opens up as a small screen (see attachment)

 Expected: the contacts should open up full screen
 Actual:the contacts opens up as a small screen
