 If I don't have internet and I want to start installer, it says 'Cannot
 initial installer. Please make sure they are only one processing using
 libopk, then restart Installer'. After you clicked that away, you get an
 Application Execution Error and I have attached the output.

 Reproducible: always
 kernel: om2008.8 update, date: 20080826
 root: om2008.8 update, date 20080830 with updates of 04/09/08 (today)
