Comment:

 The only cause I can think of is that diversity-daemon is down when you
 try to delete the tag.  In such scenario, the delete request does not
 propagate to diversity-daemon and nothing happens.

 For images after 9/9, om-locations should show an alert when diversity-
 daemon is down.  Please help confirm it with any image after 9/9.
