 Summary:
 Installer show up application execution error message if you touch bottom
 bar while refreshing data

 kernel:20080903-asu.stable-uImage.bin
 root file system:
 20080912-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2
 20080915-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

 Steps+current results:
 1) flash new image
 2) launch Installer with network connected
 3) Installer is refreshing image, meanwhile, try to click on bottom bar
 4) not immediately, but in 30 second it will show up alert message box
 "Application Execution Error"
 5) even you don't close the message box you still can use the installer
 6) until now it only happened first refresh after flash new image


 Reproducible:
 try 10 times, one without alert message but freeze device(after refresh
 screen), two without the problem, 7 times have the alert message box
