 I upgraded to andy-tracking bc49de906ce5a6e39a4bc9a46ab33af09b93295f and
 noticed that now the deconfig file has
 CONFIG_ANDROID_RAM_CONSOLE -- however, drivers/staging/android/ is not
 included so I don't know where the actual code is.
