 Dieter Spaar finally found a way to fix recamping.

 It's a hardware mod, basically increasing capacitance of C1009 (either
 by soldering another one in parallel or desoldering C1009 and putting
 a shiny new 22uF 0805 low-ESR cap on its place).

 Great thanks to everybody who worked hard to make this happen and who
 verified the solution!
