 heh, you didn't got why i did that.

 After boot, it is expected that GSM and GPS is off, until you turn them
 on. But instead, i have to do that operation to really turn then off. Or i
 am getting more mA in suspend.

 May be this related to my u-boot which is doing something with serial
 ports. And this is separate problem.
