    [qtopia] Use the gcc options that Trolltech might used for their gta01 build
        To align closer to the Trolltech Qtopia gta01 build start to use the
        same the gcc options. This mostly means this is overriding -Os, replacing
        it with -O2 and enabling two options that are not part of -O2. It might
        improve performance, it will be hard to meassure.

    [glamo] Put OE patches "upstream" and additonal keyboard fixes
        We will use the classic keyboard interface, we will support
        high keycodes now (like the aux button). illume needs to catch
        up with the new keycodes.
