    [dbus] Add the dbus dependency to src/server
        Add the dependency on QtDbus for the server. If bluetooth is enabled
        libqtopiacomm will already link to qdbus (to communicate with hcid on
        the system bus), for some people it is not linking to it, leading to
        build errors. Avoid this by adding the deps to the server.

    [neo1973] Do not build with bluetooth and voip anymore.
        For the april software update we won't have voip enabled
        and won't use the bluetooth support from Qtopia.
