+Reduce number of varistors on USB_VBUS (C4902, C4909)

+C4902 and C4909 are identical TVSs protecting USB_VBUS. We don't really
+need two varistors here. Also, we generally consider TSVs to be diodes,
+so we should call them Dxxxx, not Cxxxx.

+- remove C4909
+- rename C4902 to D4909
+
