- Will it increase the board complexity, or wouldn't be possible to place
  a FPGA in the middle of everything?
- could a FPGA switch analog audio like between mic and audio in?

FPGA could be used and programmed by SPI - right? 
So when there is a free SPI port on the SoC, FIC could connect the FPGA
to this port and we could add sensors to the FPGA?
