You can't buy the charts. They are protected by various technical and
licensing methods in each of the products you use. The companies can't take
the risk of an open source software product revealing and de-protecting
their intellectual property. The will not license the maps in any non-secure
format. Open source is by definition insecure for these types of
applications.
