MokoMakefile make update forces Bitbake cache rebuild

Could you please remove the output then?

I've removed all the other patches from MokoMakefile, and pushed the
ones that were still required (the gtk-provider patch) into the SVN.

Now you can "make update" and not have to wait for the bitbake cache to
rebuild afterwards.
