USB host

I would think this would work to charge the Neo while in host mode. If 
the hub doesn't support a non-powered host, you could always use yet 
another port on the hub to power that connection (creating another 
loop). It would eat up 2 ports on your hub to do this, but I would think 
rigging custom cables is a bit easier than rigging custom hubs.

Just my thoughts.
