Well, I'd presume that we might hope for Address Book and iCal at
least, as these are covered by SyncML. 

dotMac email I'd hope is accessible via standard protocols, and should
work too.

No idea what iSync is or does :)
iPhoto I presume is some management app for photos, again I'm not sure
what you expect of a phone that has 64MB storage onboard?
