although I currently focus on the European markets only (due to tax  
and duty complexity).

Depends on the number of total units of the OpenMoko being sold. I  
would assume 1% after sales as a first rough guess.

Probably not. I remember that we did have approx. 50 - 100 different  
custom designs at Siemens mobile phones.
