I'm shocked! I wanted to purchase neo to Belarus - 140 bucks for shipping, that's a half of the device price!!! Western Europe is about 90. What's going on, WHY ??? Are there any plans to reduce shipping costs for the 1st generation of neo in the next future? I'd appreciate any quotes on that. Regards!
