Perhaps add a 
Q) Is it okay that I haven't received an order confirmation yet?
A) We are busy.. something something..
   it may take a week something something.

Q) The Request ticker currently returns an error message,
   when I try to contact orders at openmoko.com using a subject 
   containing [rt.internal.openmoko.org #xxxx]
A) We are aware of the issues, something something


I know that at least some people have these issues,
perhaps only early buyers?
