Couple of Questions

Others have addressed the upgrade issue, so I won't. The phone will work 
with AT&T or T-Mobile in the US (or any other GSM provider). However, 
you shouldn't count on in working at all until the GTA02 unit is 
released, as this is a *development* unit.
