Idea: Wake me during light sleep

I agree you can do this with a PC but the phone would make a better listening device to detect your "light sleep" time, and it would be more conveniently placed next to your bed and unobtrusive (quiet). There is a usb X10 transceiver that I don't think needs a powered usb so the openmoko could do all of this without a PC. I don't know enough about the frequency range, but I have wondered if the openmoko could send the X10 signals to the wireless X10 receiver? I have to go search the wiki again to see if this is addressed.
