I don't know about 1800 but 915Mhz is in the ISM (Industrial, Scientific,
Medical)
band and there are 900Mhz cordless phones, wireless speakers, and other
consumer
products around this frequency. 1800Mhz is not in the ISM but may be
allocated
elsewhere.
