Bluetooth SIM Access Profile

Hi

It would be appropriate for this to be handled mostly by bluez, but
the missing piece is gsmd needs to present some APIs for sim card
access from the gsm module.

I don't see anything about it in the gsmd docs on the wiki:

It will require some detailed docs on the gsm module to make it work.
