Or should I say, "my head is still spinning". I filed a bug report at 10:59 this morning (bug 947). At 11:12 there was a response (Thanks Soeren!) that not only addressed both issues I raised, but provided a fix that worked first time. When was the last time you got that kind of response from Adobe, Microsoft, or Apple? Way to go, team!
