What should be included in packaging

I'm working on the "official" documentation, and this topic will 
certainly be covered.

The official documentation will not be on the wiki, for this reason.

Regarding power issues, it turns out it's very hard to nail this down. I 
have been gathering information and hope soon to have it all collected.
