Mini jack 2.5mm?

32 Ohm pretty much is standard. Neo comes with standard headset.

For really god sound (with bass) you'll need a high Imp (= much Ohm)
headset. 
Up to 800 Ohm. More Ohm = more bass, up to 800 Ohm.
