"home zone" functionality

Sorry for the unprecise question...
I know about the "home" announcing when you begin a call, I used it because my imported mobile phone doesn't have the house symbol. But it would be nicer to get the house on the phone, although it's just an unimportant feature. I have no idea how it works. But it shouldn't be a problem for a phone company to get the specs.
