"home zone" functionality

your Homezone depends on the antenna which you can reach at home. Every
phone call over this antenna (it may be you need several antennas to cover
the radius of your homezone) is cheaper.

Some phones read the cell id and display a home symbol if the cell belongs
to your home zone.
