Om2008.8: execute script on incoming call

Is there a way to use this in om2008.8?

I've tried to use also mickeyterm from FSO (I'd like to try to dialog 
with my GSM modem for some tests) but it doesn't run.
Any help to get these libs working in non fso distros?
