U-boot flashing failed?

If it's blinking about 4 times a second, it's a kernel panic. So it
suggests that you got into Linux but some problem killed you subsequently.
If it blinks slower, this is a relatively recent U-Boot thing where it
acts this way if it comes to believe your battery is low, it kind of
stops there for a while trying to charge it up.
