[OM2008.8][testing] qpe no longer respects QTOPIA_PHONE_DEVICE ?

The README says:
This contains the Qtopia muxer code to implement the FSO D-Bus interface
for allocating channels.

From the commits it looks like it's adding to qtopia an awareness of 
gsm0710muxd, and the FSO interface to it.
