[android] Unable to read long SMS messages

Hi Andy,
What would be really helpful is to have it plugged into a linux host and
run the command
ADBHOST=neo ./adb logcat -b radio
This assumes you have your host setup to connect usb over ethernet and
have neo set to the proper IP.
