It won't change SD performance. We just stop running the clock when we
have nothing to say to the SD Card. SD Card has its own private clock
internally it uses for its own needs. As soon as we did need to talk,
we will be running the clock exactly as before.
In fact I thought we already did this at the Glamo, but the ambiguous
documentation fo that bit actually seemed to mean it stopped clock to
internal logic in Glamo when idle, not the external clock.

Well it won't do any better than removing the card, I think it is just
variation in the results. But the results are very encouraging.
