It happens both with the AC charger and the usb-cable.

Intrestingly it doesn't freeze the keyboard when using i.e. the terminal,
however it messes up the key-bindings e.g.:

With usb plugged in:
the minus key "-" outputs a backslash "\"
the "}" outputs a "∼"

with usb unplugged the signs are output correctly!

seems that the usb port/drivers are interfering with the matchbox-keyboard
