Yep, agree. Been thinking about this some days ago (suspend/resume debates).
and: There is a RTC-alarm timer of course, that will wake the device from
suspend or even power_down. Lives inside PCF50633 PMU chip, part of our
hwclock (aka realtime or cmos-clock).
