Time and Timezone issues...

Yea, I think there's more then one timezone file that needs to be updated.  The file is not mentioned in the wiki.  I had the same problem, but don't have my phone with me right now so I'm not sure which file it is the wiki doesn't mention.

Could be related to bug 1851 - not sure if this has made it into the updates
