Qtopia 3.33 Volume Too Low

I was able to fix this by tweaking the 'Speaker Playback Volume' in
/usr/share/openmoko/scenarios/gsmhandset.state. Updated this value to 127
(was set to 100) and the volume is back to normal for me.

        comment.type INTEGER
        comment.count 2
        comment.range '0 - 127'
        iface MIXER
        name 'Speaker Playback Volume'
        value.0 127
        value.1 127
    }
